Prepare the essential details.
Start with the area, property type, purpose of the listing, size, asking price and key features. Add clear, recent photographs that accurately represent the property. Let the office know if there are details that still need confirmation.
Send your property for review.
Use the List your property page to share your details with the office. Submission does not mean immediate publication: the administration reviews the request before approving a public listing and may contact you to complete missing information.
Keep private details with the office.
Your name, contact details and internal pricing discussions are for the office, not the public description. Avoid including personal documents, private phone numbers or confidential terms in photographs or text intended for the listing.
Keep the listing up to date.
Tell the team when the asking price, viewing arrangements or property availability changes. If the property is sold, rented or withdrawn, let the office know so the published information can be updated. Clear, current details make enquiries more useful for everyone.
